Fabulous homes and you just want to stay away from the ones on Skyros that back to the freeway unless its a real deal relative to the others. As to why there are so many (5) on the market, one is a short sale with an offer on it but the other 4 are available. Relative to other home prices they are not priced too high for what you get but its just a tough price range as they are between 1.2 and 1.5M.
There’s one on Caudor with a nice pool thats about 100K more and worth the difference IMO.
