Can you clarify? Would it be difficult getting homeowner’s insurance because of the fire risk? If so, is there anyway to know insurability prior to close of escrow?
34% free lunch–meaning there are a lot of poor families with kids getting subsidized lunches? I thought Poway median household income was fairly high?
