I agree it was a fluke but that’s my job. Finding the best deals out there. I dint say it was the rule yet. I just wondered what the crowd around here thought of it as a value. I also wanted to prove the point made by a few other posters that cash opportunities arent that far off, if you know where and how to find them.
To answer your questions, it was listed as 3BR plus a bonus/den (which could easily have been a 4th BR). I was in it. The lot was about 13,000 sq ft which makes for large backyards when you knock off the typical 5 to 7 ft setback on each side yard.
