Notice that the house on Briarcrest and the house on Corte Al Fresco sold within $5000 of each other in 2005. Briarcrest is slightly bigger, but Corte Al Fresco is in a superior location.

The Corte Al Fresco is 16 years old house vs 3.5 years old…. (and 170 sqf bigger) That is really no comparison, to me at least. (who really hate repairing….)
