Esmith and AN you guys may have me based on those calculations. It is pretty much impossible to dispute the rent verses buy numbers. AN did you throw in the slop of property taxes (which are going up) and homeowners insurance? I know, even with those numbers in, it is hard to argue with you two mugs.
Also with regards to Eastlake do not forget the MR and (if applicable HOA) Yes I am reaches for all the fees I can.
Assuming you guys are correct and I am wrong then an official ammendment is in order and should more correctly accomodate your statements. Now… if rents do decline then things may change but as a landlord myself, I am not on that rents are declining train like others have been.
