There are a lot of cute houses in “Olde Escondido” My daughter bought one in ’05 and put thousands of dollars into plumbing problems before selling last year just in the nick of time. We have been watching prices fall there for a year. I love the character of these old houses too. But watch out for that neighborhood. My grandson got robbed of his ipod by a local gang.
