DWCAP, You’re correct that I’m coming to the defense of the LL on this site where people who dig real estate read and post comments. I’m not going out in the real world to do anything about it. 8bit did. There’s a huge difference. The LL could be a jackass, maybe he is. And she could be a widow whose husband just died and was left with a rental she can’t manage and can’t afford the mortgage if the tenants move out prematurely. My whole point is we don’t know. So I can avoid doing real work =) and argue on this forum, but when you act on it, you are crossing a line based on false self righteousness and that’s wrong.
