Don’t know this area, Scarlett, but this street (not this side, though) appears to back into Ted Williams Pkwy. Is there a sound burm for noise behind those houses? I would think houses on BOTH sides of this street would get the noise from this heavy commuter road.
I also viewed the 2245 sf sold for $527K just a few doors down at 9590 Pipilo. Both properties have a design flaw, IMO. I’ve only seen this in condos and not SFR’s but the stairs are VERY steep and narrow and appear to make a U-turn going up. It is VERY difficult to move furniture (esp. queen size and up bed; king may be impossible) up stairs like this, since the staircase does not look to be open but surrounded by walls. And the side lots appear to be 3′, then fence, then 3′ next house . . . very close to the neighbor. 9415 Pipilo (smaller house) sold for $540K but had a bigger MBR and partially open staircase.
Of course you’d actually have to view properties but this is just something to think about.
