Do you guys have any opinion on VOIP boxes? One of my projects for the new year is to dump phone and cable service and get a digital converter box and put up an aerial and get all my TV either through the air or through the internets.
So as part of that effort, I was wondering if anyone here has an opinion on the various VOIP boxes offered by Vonage, Ooma, etc. I would prefer to get one that will allow me to transfer my wireline telephone phone number since I’ve had it for ~20 years.
