Ditto what bsrsharma said, that particular house is within walking distance to a few square blocks of low income/high crime aging apartments (oak, bonair, montemar). On the map it looks close to some nicer streets such as Vista Grande and Warmlands but it doesn’t connect by road or foot so it is more a part of the barrio than the nicer customs on the hill, in person you would be able to see that. Having not been there for a few years, it looks like a fill in street in a rotton location. In Vista, choose Shadowridge if you have kids or get further out in the hills if you don’t. a good rule of thumb is that if you can’t succesfully walk the dog and avoid being shot at, it’s not worth 600k.
