That’s what I’d do, throw the breaker, let it sit a few minutes and then turn it back on.
If that doesn’t work, call an HVAC guy.
Replacing the smart meter is just a power outage, nothing more. I really hate the new smart meters, not easy at all to see how much energy you’re using at the moment. It does have a little flashing two boxes and a arrow but not nearly as simple as watching the dial spin. The website is always 24 hours behind.
