I encourage anybody to improve their life and if moving does that than move. After you live in a place you become so used to everything that you can’t see (or don’t want to see) what is going on. California is just not worth it, at least if you are young and willing to put the effort in to better yourself. Wow. I have lived in 4 states. I’m obviously not afraid to move. I did well in a few other states… but not in Georia. I think I stated that in my post – that WA state and PA state were fine. But something about Georgia was very hard to adjust for me. Perhaps it was the being the victim of crime 4 times in less than 4 months. Perhaps it was the fairly surface level racism. Or perhaps it was the sweetness/backstabbing. I presented a viewpoint.
I’m not suggesting Kev not move… I’m suggesting he has his eyes wide open before he makes a move.
But if you want to call me lame… that’s your right.
