Computer parts are not self-reproducing, the Earth is not a closed box, and this is a silly analogy having nothing to do with reality. If you really want to argue this, you need to come up with something that at least has some resemblance to the facts.

The material in those components and the materials in our bodies are the same and originated at the same time out the Singularity and first appeared as pure energy.
