Darn. I am sure the Beaumont bit is pretty funny, but I don’t get it. I tried Google, but I must not have tried hard enough.
Thank you all for your good and sometimes funny input. I think it is truly safer for the poplulation as a whole if I stay away from electrical shock or gun type solutions. For the record, I did try to go shooting once or twice and then I realized why I was encouraged to become a swimmer and play soccer when I was a kid. (No eye/hand coordination. Very sad).
I am in 92116 and it has seemed relatively safe most of the time I have been here.
I think I am going for more lights. I like the motion sensor and very high-powered ones.
Thought you might be amused by this — when I called the police to report the fourth sighting their suggestion to me was to “sleep lightly”.
To be fair, what else are they going to say, but I found that pretty funny.
Honestly, what I think this guy likes about this area is that many people do keep windows and doors open. I do not and never have. (When I was 12 we walked in on a burglar and did not know he was in the house and it was a very nasty/memorable surprise when he came out from behind the shower curtain. Whoa that sounds like a bad movie, but it is the truth).
