You left out the “and beyond” part. Its not just tech companies either. Give me a couple young attorneys, a new doc and sales guy. 12 buyers looking for new 2000 sq ft homes in 4S would do it. I’m not talking about hiring binges. Thats not alot of new people in a county of about 4,000,000.
