CRazy as it may seem there is some justification for it. Another 2BR/1BA at 4959 34th St closed for $554K in May. It was almost 200 sf bigger but was east of 805. There are very few sales in this little pocket between Texas and 805. Still seems crazy but not as crazy as I first thought.
Although the house at 2524 Collier which is 3000 sq ft with 5BR/2.5BA on a 10K canyon view lot for 795K certainly seems to make this look a bit outlandish in comparison.
