c’mon sdr….we are nearly all descendants of immigrants; most of us just happen to be descendants of immigrants who came here legally….MAJOR difference there, don’t you think?
also, I strongly doubt the assertion that there were many people who sold at the top and are now renting in San Diego (or anywhere, for that matter)
