Call and or write to the Mayor and complain about the lack of enforcement at the drug house. This complaint, especially if in writing will be forwarded to the Chief with some kind of tracking to respond back to the Mayor. Someone higher than the Officer who you spoke to will probably contact you about how to take care of the problem. They will probably tell you that you need to write down license numbers and give you someone to notify. They will also say they are short of officers and are doing the best they can and that a lot of the task force personnel have been redeployed because of all the cutbacks. They also might pitch it to Neighborhood Watch and or Code Enforcement to help you with the problem. You need to be a pain about it and a broken record.
