This is very true, CA, and I apologize if my comment (not the comment you quoted) came across otherwise.
It’s always funny to me how in most couples, one is very spendy and one is very tight. I know just as many couples where it is the female who is financially responsible as I do where the male is.
The classic example: Casey Serin was the conductor driving his train off the cliff.
