I read those descriptions and I think to myself, if I walk into a house that have those features, the first thing that would run through my mind would be, how much would it cost for me to rip all of that shit out. Then, how much would it cost for me to put something from the 21st century back in. Then, I would take that amount and subtract it from the price of the house I would have offered. I shudder at the sight of river rock fireplace.
