If you are truly “offended” by my posts, then it means you see some truth in them. I’m sorry, but there’s no other explanation. To give you an example, if you were to walk up to me in a bar and say, “Davelj, you are the biggest asshole on earth due to X, Y, and Z,” my response would be, “Duly noted. Bartender, I’ll have another beer.” In other words, you can’t be offended unless you respect the offender or see some truth in the comments. If I were a woman, I wouldn’t be the least bit offended by anything I’ve written here. But that’s just me.

Two faulty assumptions here: (1) that I’m looking for “decent” women, and (2) that I have a problem with gold diggers. Neither is the case. If I were interested in marrying a “decent woman,” I’d be married to one already. And I find nothing at all wrong with gold diggers – it’s a perfectly respectable pursuit. In fact, I find them more than a little bit entertaining. Although it does irritate me a bit when the gold digger set lays into prostitution, unwilling to concede that it’s a tomato/tomahto issue.
