Bush is numb from the neck-up. (and yes, I voted for the idiot the first time around). The solution is that you don’t give loans to people who couldn’t afford to pay them back in the first place. Most of these people bought a home only because they thought they would make a bundle from appreciation or to use it like an ATM. Hey GWB: YOU DON’T GIVE CREDIT TO PEOPLE WHO HAVEN’T EARNED THE RIGHT TO HAVE IT! (end of rant)
