July 2009 market share for the domestics is 43% (GM 18%, Ford 16%, Chrysler 9%) so I would expect that purchases under the clunker program would have more imports than domestics.
And Chevy Aveo and Pontiac G3 aren’t even in the top 10.
The list varies depending upon who compiles the numbers (depends on how nameplates are divided), but edmunds shows 8 of the top 10 cars purchased under C4C to be domestics:
