Breeze: Again, polemics over substance. The problems we’re confronting now are structural in nature and go back 30+ years and span both Dem and Repub administrations.
To hold that the Republicans are solely to blame for all of this or that Dubya fiendishly engineered this problem in his waning days is nothing short of absurd. Where is Greenspan and his recklessly loose monetary policy in all this? Where are the politicians (from both sides of the aisle) that aided and abetted the decades of fraudulent policies (or lack of policies)?
This has been one massive con game, run for decades, to hide the fact that Americans don’t make anything anymore, our wages are stagnant and our way of life has been paid for by ever increasing mountains of debt (personally, commercially and nationally) and now the bill has come due.
You think Obama is gonna fix this? Jesus the Lord couldn’t fix this with von Mises and Rothbard in tow! Wake up and smell the collapse, amigo.
