It is all just hearsay. Actually most of what I say is just a giant pile of crappy hearsay.
I may have spoke to soon, there were lots of API 9’s and 10’s in some of the nice DT neighborhoods. But there were a fair amount of 3’s and 4’s too. So maybe Sacramento is an even better deal than I had thought. Thanks for the help BG.
