BG in RB. sdr is a realtor, but is also a very useful contributor to the site. He gets lots of shit for being a realtor but is still a bear. In the world of realtors, there aren’t many good ones, but the regular realtors who post here – sdrealtor, SD Realtor, Rustico, urbanrealtor – all add a great perspective without being shills.
Trust me, such shills would have been run out of here a long time ago.
