Being that flippers buy leftover stock and floor models, I bet that could have been done for $30K-50K if the flipper supplied most of the labor.
Note that not everything is high end – see the plastic shower surround in the bathroom and the cheap light bar above the sink in that same bathroom? Makes me think we’ll find more of that skimping when we take a closer look at the appliances, etc.
