Being gay is a condition many have come to realize is permanent. It has nothing to do with morality which may be effective in dealing with transient dilemas. None of us who were or are allowed to marry legally had to overcome any permanent conditions or even any bad habits that our partners could tolerate. The moral or the story? It isn’t fair.
