It has nothing to do with the tea in China. It does have a lot to do with determining good schools. Neighborhoods with parents that have higher educational achievement tend to be better than those with lower educational achievement. Doesn’t mean the houses are any better. Doesn’t mean the neighbors will be nicer. Doesn’t mean there will more or less appreciation. But it IS relevant for school achievement.
Scottsdale is not Santee. It is not Lakeside. It may be similarly priced (though I suspect Scottsdale may be lower when comparing apples to apples), but the demographics are nothing alike.
