Really? 18-20 miles? Here’s a Google map of the North Eastern most part of PQ to the South Western most part of UCSD and it’s only 18 miles: http://goo.gl/maps/Gym4. Here’s another part of PQ that would have houses in the low 400s: http://goo.gl/maps/Eivr, its distance to South Western most part of UCSD is 14 miles. What part of PQ and UCSD are you using to get your 20 miles range?
