Didn’t I already do that? Didn’t I already said that the original property of this thread will sell for more than $1M ($1.05M?) and the one you just presented will probably sell for ~$1.1M. Given that http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100035883-1028_Summer_Holly_Ln_Encinitas_CA_92024 has sold for $899k and it’s only 2700 sq-ft. We’ll just have to wait and see who’ll be right when these closed.
