Bearishgurl, I haven’t really looked in that area as I though that fell into La Jolla and would be more expensive. But I’ll look it up tonight and see if anything is available. From what I have seen, townhomes in this area run north of $400k and have HOAs of between $200-$400/month.
I was interested in looking at 7855 Camino Raposa – a 3/2 townhome for only $300-$325k – but I think it’s contingent or sold.
I’m slowly discovering that buying a place is a full time job!
