Because something very sinister lies at the heart of this little escapade, and if the U.S. media really started poking around this story they would discover (a) that the U.S. has been insolvent for years; (b) dirty tricks and pay-offs have been propping us up; and (c) this smuggling operation is somehow linked to the glaring and increasingly undeniable fact no one wants our currency anymore, and THEY ARE TRYING TO GET RID OF IT.
