Something doesn’t sound right about your rate today,
Depending on loan amount, today’s rate at no cost
to you for a purchase loan was around 3.50%
(and lower with a cost)
Going to 4.00% should be a HUGE credit to you.
Are you dealing with a bank/direct lender ??
And who decided you should have
‘shortened contingencies’ ???
