As per the present price, $517K is good price. No body knows future price or bottom of the market.
I saw this house about 7 or 8 months back. My view on this house is here.
This house is considered as Condo as per the code, but it is not attached home. I mean no walls attached to neighbors house. Neighbors wall is exactly boarder of your side yards. Side yards, back yard and drive way are far better for this home comparing with lot of single family homes of similar size in 4s Ranch.
