I wanted to put in an offer for the Calston house (449k)but the listing realtor said they are not accepting any more offer. I wanted to know what price he accepted but he is not saying. I saw the backyard of the house and it is really nice). The inside doesn’t need immediate update but basically it is original kitchen.

BTW, I don’t think the Glendover house is the new low, this one: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-110001985-6974_Kensley_Way_San_Diego_CA_92126 is listed at $428k but it doesn’t have a view. The Calston is not pending, so why do you say it’s ready to be closed too?[/quote]
