And I’m a cheap *** who hasnt bought a new car in 9 years and wears his shoes until the holes are bigger than a half dollar so I think I’ll be OK too. The sky high MR ($800/year) and HOA fees ($100/month) on my NC McMansion are the only flies in ointment;)
