I wasn’t talking about buying stuff that appreciate. I’m talking about buying TV, coffee, eating out, etc. If you live below your mean, even your primary house, then you can use that money to buy a few investment properties. Stock is not always great all the time.[/quote]
I think my miata is a depreciating asset and with all the crap put into to it, is increasingly becoming a liability… However, if an uninsured motorist smacks into it, my insurance company has guaranteed that is will be at least a 25% ROI…
