The price you quoted on the 1st one looks wrong. Checked the tax records and that is what is in there but houses on that street were selling mostly in the high 400’s and low 500’s new in 1999. Pigg poster Oxford lived up ther street in the same model and paid about 500K in 1999 for his. Something is off on the 1999 recorded sales price.
