Along with San Diego, and a couple of other locations, we’ve been investing in AZ for quite a few years. It has been amazing to see the seemingly endless growth in the PHX area–especially the East Valley–Chandler, and Ocotillo–as many of you have mentioned. We have a place in Scottsdale, and enjoy it very much during “the season.”
