I think we are the ones being handled and he is rocking the boat. On the other hand, maybe the typical candidates are just speaking to a larger audience. There is a frightening thought for you.
Revolution is not a joke for me. I just don’t want to go it alone. I think we could make a lot of headway organizing boycotts and such on the Internet . Boycotts would be more effective now than ever. Imagine everybody canceling cable service, newspapers and all periodicals to start with.
I don’t agree with RP on some things but find out I do agree on more things if I study his thinking on the topics. You get so used to sound bites being the end all, which is a big mistake with this man. For the most part the other candidates all seem much more manipulative. I know they are much more sophisticated than they let on and that is also a problem. It makes me not trust them.
Ron Paul may turn out to be a slime ball. Who knows? Until then, I see him bringing something different to the game. Unfortuantely,I don’t think he has a chance in hell of going anywhere.
If our country was being run by people on his level, even if they disagreed, I might even put a flag in my front yard and encourage my kids say a modified pledge of allegiance.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of American. One nation under repectable executive, legislative and Judicial branches of government, believing in whichever God we individually choose or none………..
When the Pols started to screw up again I would take the flag down and have a talk with my kids about that pledge. That way we could signal another revolution eh Patriot? Si!Viva La Revolution!
