All the previous gyrations by the gubmint have not shown any real help to the distressed home owner. Now they’re gonna help? The RE market is so messed-up from massive intervention that it’s dangerous to get near it. It does not seem to be organic in any way, shape or form. Measuring it right now seems almost impossible.
