I think the coast are experiencing a soft landing vs hard landing in the inland areas. The softer the landing, the smaller the bounce back I think. Since, with a soft landing, it’s unlikely to go that far bellow the trend line. However, with a hard landing, it’s much more like to dive well below the trend line. Which then cause it to be very undervalued. This will be the catalyst for the next run up.
