10% imho doesn’t seem too much. In fact, I’d say 15%, but that’s just me pulling a number out of my ass. Homes in Torrey Hills right near power lines seem to sell in the 850-900’s when other homes of comparable size were selling for $1mil, if I recall
In this market, the number of folks looking at that home is going to be much less, especially if buyers can be picky.
