Ah, Cabrillo, no wonder I can’t tell they’re 6000+sq-ft. They’re ally homes, which I absolutely detest since there’s no real back yard and driveway. You can’t use your front yard like you can w/ your back yard. Such as planting fruit trees or put up a swing set. So most of the lot (front yard) is really useless to me. I feel very claustrophobic in Cabrillo when I look outside. The inside is definitely bad though.
