Several of my friend’s parents (we grew up in South Jersey just across the bridge) have moved back to Philly to Rittenhouse, Society Hill and Old City. They also maintain homes in FLA and/or the Jersey Shore. If they were smart they could come here and get the city life of Philly, the beach life of the Jersey Shore and the warm weather of FLA all in one place.
