About a month ago my neighbor ordered U-verse, I happened to be home the day of the install so I couldn’t help but notice that it took him around 6 1/2 hours to install it and a fair portion of that time he was on their porch on his cell phone apparently talking to the office. Since then I personally have seen them arrive there @ 7PM for some kind of follow up call. Don’t know the ins and outs of the situation but I am really surprised that dysfuntional companies like that continue to grow, I think it says a lot about what people are willing to put up with. I for one am not that patient of a person.
