A few months back a pigg reader mentioned that she had witnessed similar conduct by another lawyer; she asked here whether it would make sense to report the crook to the bar association.
The few replies she got misunderstood her point and instead discussed “her damages.” AFAIK there were none: she just came across a blatant ethics violation by a practicing attorney.
