With 17 months inventory you would think RSF sellers would drop their prices, but not the ones I am looking at. They are holding firm even after more than 100 days on the market.

The conclusion is that they can afford to wait out the down turn and don’t need to sell. Well, I don’t need to buy either, not at their prices. Not in this market.
