Looks like you got your answer, but as HOA’s go Meadowview HOA is not that restrictive. You get alot of benefits for pretty low HOA cost. I’ve been a resident for over 8 years and am a realtor, so if you still have any area questions or anything about Meadowview feel free to ask!
